"If there could be any better place to stay or experience in County Kerry, I can't imagine what it would be.  Even after viewing photos on the website, the cottage surpased our expectations.  Blending Old World with subtle modern conveniences added to the complete satisfaction we had with everything.  We used Cottage Mary Rose as our HOME base and traveled each day to amazing scenes and adventures, returning in the evening to sitting and relaxing by our turf fire - like an Irish hug and welcome back.  I can hardly explain how wonderful it all was.  We got to enjoy Ireland at her best and the cottage played a significant role.  The roads to and from became well traveled, but all worth it.  Caretaker, Breeda and family contributed to the perfection making sure we had everything we needed, and listening intently to our stories of exploration. Price made it a competitive choice and well worth the space and environment even just for the two of us.  Wouldn't ever stay anywhere else if we're able to go back some day.  It all has become a piece of us we'll take with us anywhere we go."

"I wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous time in Ireland.  My family was so surprised when we got to the Cottage Mary Rose.  Since I did all the planning they didn't realized how quaint the cottage would be.  We loved everything about it!  The furniture, the smell, the gardens and everything about it!

We had a very rainy week so we didn't get out and enjoy the garden as much as we were hoping.  We did find the garden journal and we liked reading that, especially my mother.

I was hoping to find a journal about your Cottage Mary Rose journey.  It would have been neat to see some before and after pictures of the place.  We also loved all your antique furniture.  Did you find it all in Ireland?  We didn't see any antique shops anywhere.

Ireland is definitely a place I want to return to.  Cottage Mary Rose was the perfect place to stay for our first visit to Ireland.  Hopefully, we will be renting from you again in the future.

site photos, plus the sounds (cows bawling just out back), smells (that yellow
rose in the back is a bit of heaven), & ambiance. You have succeeded in creating

"We fell in love with Cottage Mary Rose. It was delightful and I could have spent every minute there reading and relaxing, but my sisters took me out sight-seeing every day!!!

We spent most of our evenings mixing martinis and cooking elegant candle light dinners. I've stayed at the Rent-A-Cottages in Ireland many times, and this is so much more personal and warm. We took so many pictures of the exterior and interior and gardens to bring back and share with husbands and friends. We'll be back (if you'll have us!) We so much appreciate that you are willing to share your "slice of heaven" with strangers. We met Shaughny and some locals at Hughes Pub. We were lucky to be there one night when they had a local band and it was packed. And yes....we did use the hot tub several times."
